Three Simple Steps To Get Rid Forever Of Your Chronic Exhaustion

Never Feel Tired Again!

Are you continually feeling exhausted, tired and
sluggish? Do you feel that you can’t even focus? If that
were not enough your joints and muscles feel sore all
over…

Your Family Doctor may tell you to face the reality: as
you get older this is what you have to live with…

At this point you should ask your Physician if the
Medication you are taking (for whatever ailment) is
drugging you and/or causing the muscle soreness.

Being 40 is not getting older! It’s being in the middle
of living, I told myself and I researched, read,
investigate, asked questions and discovered that it was
not in my head, there was a reason for it, a medical
reason. The answer, how to get rid of the exhaustion,
sores and cramps in the muscles was very simple and you
ou can do it:

The natural way – no medication required.

Most reasonable way, no need to go to the Drug Store.

And, you can do it yourself!

When we are young we eat a lot of quick-take-out (type
Mc-Donald’s) food. When we get older we don’t cook often
and again relay on processed and micro-oven-friendly
prepared servings.

By preparing food the Manufacturers  are making sure that
their merchandise on the shelves remains fresh for some
time. They have to remove many beneficial nutrients and
add a lot of sodium to avoid growth of bacteria. To
consume such unhealthy foodstuff leads to all kinds of
diseases including chronic tiredness.

You can avoid getting tired and developing diseases by
following these THREE simple steps:

Step ONE:

Look at the food you consume – the labels. If you find
that the foodstuff you eat contains more sodium than
potassium then you found your answer to your chronic
fatigue.

Your daily potassium intake should be about 4 000 mg.
Here is the information of how to get rid of your
perpetual tiredness – fatigue.

Step TWO:

Eat daily one  banana, containing about 400 mg of
potassium. A baked  potato  with  skin   about 1 200 mg
of potassium. One cap of steamed spinach has about 1 000
mg of potassium. Drink ONE glass of pure orange juice 1
400 mg of potassium.

One cap of dates, raisins, lima beans, pinto beans
contain about 1 000 mg in each serving of magnesium and
so is one avocado. Following foods also contain a fair
amount of potassium:

  • dates
  • strawberries, apricots, pears
  • bananas
  • watermelon, cantaloupe
  • citrus fruits
  • beets, tomatoes soy products, fish (cod, salmon), meat (especially grass-fed), turkey,

Step THREE:

For better break down of carbs you need to take the
following. (besides the Multi-Vitamin, which you probably
are already taking)  a complete Vitamin B (containing B
1, B 2 and B 3) and the Pantothenic and Lipoic acids.

These Acids are expensive and often are not included in
your Multi-Vitamin but they are very much needed for
getting rid of your muscle soreness.

Your tiredness affected you slowly and to build-up your
system will also take some time, about 2 to 3 month.

Be consistent, persistent and patient and the results are
sure to come: no more tiredness, no more muscle cramps.

Try it, You Will be Glad You did.
